The purpose of the census per the Constitution was for every 30,000 Americans they would have one member in the House of Representatives. The members of the House has been stuck at 435 for almost a century. My representative represents 900,000 million Americans, when I email him he always replies that he is voting for the bill that I object to. Our democracy is a joke.
It IS really bad, but not as bad as the other forms of government.
