"A Paradise Without Poor People": Moscow's Most Exclusive Housing Complex (VIDEO)

One man's idea of paradise is being brought to life in the form of the most exclusive housing complex in Russia, "if not the world," as Sky News notes in the video below. The complex, which includes hotels and a golf course, among other amenities, is the brainchild of Aras Agalarov, one of Russia's richest men. Despite the recent economic downturn and strict regulations, all but three of the houses have sold. Residents agree to no fireworks, no hanging out laundry, no dogs, and no bodyguards, which Agalarov argues would make the complex look like an army barracks. "I have a special place for the bodyguards," he notes.

No two houses are the same and embrace styles from "Scottish baronial mansion" to "neo-classical villa." See them all in the video below:

I dont care what rich people do with their money....but damn if they are going to tell me I cant have dogs and cant hang laundry outside...

I live in los angeles and my house is easily worth over 1 million dollars even in this housing crisis, and I still hang my laundry outside...just because you have money doesnt mean you cant hang laundry outside.

why wouldnt I? ITS HOT HERE, and my clothes not only dry faster, but its better for the environment...

And the saddest part is not having a dog, what rich person doesnt have a tiny dog? I could never give up my dogs...
