"We have discovered two types of stimulants that were introduced into the Gaza Strip from Israeli border crossings," Hamas police spokesman Islam Shahwan said.

The evidence suggests a gradual shift in American support for Israel. Palestine has legitimate grievances against the UN for imposing an artificial "homeland" for the Jewish people in a historically Islamic country in the Arabic Mid-East. You would think the police involved were from West Virginia or something!

The Israelis certainly might do something with chemical or biological agents but this doesn't seem like the kind of thing they would do - unless they were also distributing a sexually transmitted disease.
