Anti-Palin Fundraising E-Mail Raises $100,000 In One Day

Wow, it looks like Sarah Palin is one heck of a prolific fundraiser -- for the left, that is.

A fundraising email that MoveOn blasted out yesterday afternoon calling for cash to counter Palin's "lies" on climate change has brought in more than $100,000 in 24 hours, a MoveOn spokesperson confirms to me.

Just heard on local news that Palin is buying a house in Hampton Bays, Long Island NY, on August 1st. Actually, they said 3 small houses on a corner lot, on Day Lane. She said she wants to be closer to Manhattan, to begin her Presidential run for 2012.
Also just read an article on another Long Island Paper that said that Frank MacKay, the National Chairman for the Independence Party of America is planning a trip to Alaska, about the time Palin is stepping down, although he said it was planned before he knew she was stepping down. He did say however, that he was planning a stop in Wasilla, during his four day trip, but did not say who he would be meeting with.

When I found out Move On was raising money against Palin, I didn't wait for them to contact me, I went to them.
Gave $25 - I hope they use it to buy a ball gag; every time I hear that whinny, inarticulate, defensive piece of work I have a television Tourette's attack.

As of now, they've raised the goal to $200,000 and they now have $145,000.

Cap and Trade is dead in the Senate. Palin's points about the costs to consumers is the reason, too. But those wanting high energy bills should feel free to continue to donate to Move On, who will use the money for something entirely different, I'm sure.

She's the water carrier for the oil companies. She was for cap and trade during the campaign (although given her lack of fleshing out the subject in response to a direct question at the debate and further questioning from Couric seemed to befuddle and confuse her), she clearly stated she was for it, before she was against it of course.

The ghostwritten piece was short on facts and long on snide, something Palin has definitely proven her expertise on.

The Republicans just can't get it through their heads this is the 21st Century and things they say publicly are usually on video and when they lie like Palin someone always comes out with a clip of them saying the opposite on previous occasion.

This party has been left far behind modern society and it doesn't look like they have anyone with enough intelligence to lead them into the light.
