Andrew Cuomo Grabs Big Fund-Raising Lead Over Gov. Paterson

ALBANY -- The governor traditionally reigns as the capital's fund-raiser in chief. But that appears to have changed. In the first half of the year, Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo trounced Gov. David A. Paterson on the fund-raising trail, taking in $5.1 million -- more than twice what Mr. Paterson got, newly released campaign filings show.
