Dana Carvey On Conan: Impersonates Sotomayor, Obama, Leno And More (WATCH)

Dana Carvey visited 'The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien' Wednesday night and did an exhausting series of riffs on everyone from Sonia Sotomayor to Conan and his predecessors, Johnny Carson and Jay Leno.

The veteran celebrity impersonator (also known as Garth of 'Wayne's World' fame) and Conan reminisced about their early days on SNL together and laughed about the political destinies of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Al Franken.

In part 2, Carvey talks about his recent trip to Italy, during which he circled George Clooney's house on Lake Como in a boat, and imitates his teenage son: "We're just gonna hang out in this weird old stadium?" Then he reenacts smoking pot with Paul McCartney. ("Paul, I don't know why they can't fill the world with silly love songs.")

I don't know Carvey, but I supposed that his career never soared more than some of his less talented cast mates was because he wasn't afraid to tackle issues that most comedians "of his station" didn't dare.

Always thought Dana Carvey was much more talented and funnier than Mike Myers but Myers career seemed to take off after Wayne's World. Carvey is a hoot. I wish him much success.

Speaking of him and his teen son, about 8 or 9 years ago, i worked in a game and hobby store. A man with dark glasses, baseball hat, 3 day stubble and about an 8 year old boy came in. I talked with the man for about 15 minutes while the boy was picking out gaming items. When it was time to pay the man handed me his credit card, it had the name Dana Carvey on it, and I of course asked if he just shared the name or it was him. He said yes, trying to be cool I just shook his hand and said it was nice to meet him, church lady has always been one of my all time favorite TV personalities and I still regret not asking him to say "Isn't that special".
