It's a shallow exercise to vote for best-looking. I think most women (like myself) tend to look beyond the face. It's gestures, being genuine, and we hone in on their display of too much ego, and that is a turn-off. So, just voting on a person's facial features or their bodily features only is so juvenile. Definitely Clint Eastwood; ok, sorry, I caved.

At any age, brains and a good sense of humour are really sexy.

I'd like to add a few to the list:

Leslie Neilsen (83) because he adjusted his career from bland hunk to villain to comic character actor and he's still working.
Sir Ian McKellan (70) -- yes, he's gay, but what a charmer. He recently turned down most of his salary for a role in an Indie movie when the budget got too tight.
Christopher Lee (87) -- he gets better with age and knew when to drop the vampire gig.
Gordon Tootoosis (68) -- mostly Canadian productions but a you might know him from few American movies and TV shows (Smallville, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, voice of Kenata in Pocahontas) and he's looking good.

Fantasy at a glance: Omar and those glistening eyes...I would simply drown in those pools of passion. Mr. Poitier? ...Imagine that voice as your pillow talk. As for Paul, with his dev.ilish charm, there'd be a lot of giggling in between the sheets. Must have taken a tremendous amount of willpower to leave the bed with any of them still in it!
