He was actually a good-looking man at one point in his life. Ivanka says that Trump's new wife is his hairstylist/hair cutter and the woman takes insults about his hair personally. She should stick to what she does best (not sure what that is). Gray roots, dyed red hair, a modified mullet, and an orange man tan is not too flattering on this aging entrepreneur.

The question is what is the cost basis;

How much of a loan does he have on the property

Donald is in all probability, preparing to put the majority of his holdings into bankruptcy

Ditto his property Trump Tower in Chicago. The owners in the condos now are seeing their property values drop. Some of them have lawsuits against Trump, trying to get out of their contracts. Too bad, the building is a wonderment in Chicago.
