If the present bill or future rules and regulations have mandates to stop / end inefficient and redundant medical care, we can afford health-care for all AND reduce the cost.

The Rand study shows that sixty percent of care is over-utilization, under-utilization and inappropriate utilization.

The Dartmouth study shows it costs twice to deliver care East of the Mississippi as compared to West of the Mississippi. We do not have to go to Canada to show us that we have a problem. We can / should solve without resorting to scare tactics.

The President is right. Let's pass the bill. Then fine-tune it, through rules and regulations from the bureaucracy or Acts of Congress; as we encounter any issues that may need to be addressed. This is NOT rocket science. The current debate IS lobbyists money at work. Let 's hope after Republicans end their fund-raising, they will vote for the bill and not be bribed to do corporate bidding.
