"...torture is still happening." I thought I heard the last straw a long time ago, but this is it.

these men have witnessed atrocities. Will the US public be allowed to know the truth, or will it be media-blackout like many other situations?

I just wont stop telling the truth about what I have seen.

If the Bush era crimes are not dealt with openly, honestly, and justly, they will continue to shame the U.S., distort U.S. policy, and inflame anti-americanism around the globe.

The U.S. can no longer credibly object to torture and other war crimes, because the U.S. is guilty of unaccountable torture and war crimes.

Until our own war criminals are held to full account under the Rule of Law, the acts of these criminals will continue to haunt the U.S. and make the world a far more dangerous place for all Americans.

The 300 million of us that did not commit war crimes must demand that those that did be held to full account under the Rule of Law.

And if we do not, we will be abandoning the Rule of Law in our own nation.

Without the Rule of Law, we will have no justice. And without justice, we will have no peace.

Prosecute those charged with war crimes, as the law requires. If they are innocent, they will be vindicated. If they are guilty, they must be held to full account under the law.

As Dr. King said, justice delayed is justice denied.

Good! I would love to see Bush and Cheney handcuffed in Europe and off to the Hague.

That is why the U.S. needs to support the International Criminal Court (ICC).

In many nations, political leaders are very hesitant to prosecute the crimes of their colleagues for reasons ranging from fear of retribution to fear that their own roles in these acts will be discovered.

That is why the ICC is needed.

We cannot allow crimes against humanity to go unpunished, or those crimes will continue to be repeated.
