Today is National Junk Food Day. The origins of the holiday are unclear, but we think it's a great reason to chow down on a sugary snack, as long as you practice moderation during the rest of the year.

TV time use to make popcorn with the butter included and that was my favorite. I was working with this young lady at church and told her i bought popcorn for the kids at children's church. She watched me get the pan and butter and popcorn out and asked what was I doing; she really didn't know anything but microwave popcorn. She was just wide eyed watching and seeing it pop and she loved it..was too funny...
