LeBron James Getting Dunked On (VIDEO)

The dunk video all the LeBron James fans--and LeBron James haters--have been wanting--or, perhaps, not wanting--to see has finally appeared, courtesy of TMZ, among others. The much-anticipated video, which has been a popular topic of discussion on the Internet, shows James getting dunked on by Xavier's Jordan Crawford at Nike's LeBron James Skills Academy last month.

The tale had morphed into basketball version's of Big Foot, the Loch Ness Monster and UFOs in Roswell, an NBA superstar being dunked on by an unknown college basketball player. Now the basketball world can finally see the footage.[...]

As previously reported, Nike officials confiscated the footage of two videographers working the camp because they claimed the videotaping of after-hours pickup games was not allowed. One of the videographers, Ryan Miller, spoke with SI.com on Wednesday and confirmed that it was indeed the dunk, but not the footage he shot.

If you don't know the background, Lebron was so embarrased, he browbeat Nike people to go around the arena confiscating footage.
Think he must have gotten the idea from the Iranian government. See the news parralels?

The worst PR decision in history. Do you realize that without stopping the tapes release no one would have paid any attention. Now, everyone I know was trying to get the TMZ video last night. It is crazy. A good dunk, but that is the cost of doing business. Bad decision to try and suppress this in the 21 century. Everyone's got a cell phone.

I didn't say anything about cheating, steroids or anything in such a fashion. What I did say is, he sucks. That's as obvious as the sunrise in the morning. No bold statement needed. It's all about the hype, the merchandising, the selling of the NBA. Has nothing to do with talent. If it was about talent, the Lakers would have signed him years ago.
