Last week a British paper labeled Madonna's arms "bingo wings" and said she had "decidedly droopy skin on her triceps and around her elbows."
But, looking at photos of concert this week in Barcelona, that hardly seems to be the case. There is no drop anywhere.

Say whatever you will about her, she's got an incredible body. I'm in awe of her legs!
She looks pretty good for 50, I gotta admit. And she's working hard onstage - look at all that sweat.

Notice the last picture the fingernails are not painted and gloves looks somewhat different. I would have to say some of these pics are not her real arms.
