Chicago Sun-Times:

The unemployment rate in the Chicago metropolitan area continued to surge in June, reaching 11.3 percent, up from 6.9 percent a year earlier and the highest level since July of 1983, the Illinois Department of Employment Security said Thursday.

Uh, unemployment? That's not a real issue. The real issue is that Obama was born in Kenya. Don't you all watch Lou Dobbs? The pinnacle of professional journalism who panders to the lowest common denominator.

Boy, that stimulus package is proving to be a real winner now isn't it.

Economics 101 people. Don't rely on the government to spend it's way out of a recession. Cut the taxes, business owners put it into capital and buying goods and people will be hired.

Did the President take Economics 101 in college or was he playing the "Hi, Bob" drinking game with his buds.

Yeah because the tax cuts really worked when Bush and Reagan took office. Look at when Bush passed the tax cuts, and check how the economy did after that. It wasn't the elixir.
