Tomorrow, people around the word will demonstrate their solidarity with the protestors in Iran by gathering in cities around the world for an international day of action.

Details about the event are listed at United4Iran.com and Amnesty International's web site highlights some of the larger events planned in the United States.

We will be featuring an interactive map and slideshow from the day's events. If you will be attending a demonstration in the US or abroad, upload your photos by pressing the "Participate" button below and specify where the photo was taken.

Here's what the Washington Times had to say about the day of solidarity:

Human rights groups and Iran activists are organizing a massive "Global Day of Action" on Saturday, hoping to rally people in more than 60 cities in support of Iran's democracy movement.

The rallies are to take place from Kabul to Kansas City, from Tokyo to San Francisco and include a march in Washington, from the local office of the United Nations to the national Mall, said Hadi Ghaemi, spokesman for the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran.

Mr. Ghaemi said the demonstrations will be live-streamed to Iranians on YouTube and other Internet sites in hopes of encouraging them to persist in their rejection of disputed results in Iran's June 12 presidential elections.

The Iranian government says the landslide victor was incumbent President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. However, hundreds of thousands of Iranians have turned out in the streets - risking arrest and even death at the hands of security forces - to decry the results as fraudulent and demand a new vote.

Planes are falling. People are dying!

It appears that you care for people of Iran! Well, when was the last time you did anything to stop this fatal and unjustified economical sanction against people of Iran. I am not talking about any sensitive technology or military sanctions. I am referring to items that directly affects the daily lives of Iranian people. Young and old, women and men a like. Items like mass transportation equipments such as airplanes and trains. Pharmaceutical and medical equipments. Or perhaps you have no clue what I am talking about?!

Man/Woman Is Born Free and Everywhere It is in Chains

Words by Don Black:

Born free, as free as the wind blows
As free as the grass grows
Born free to follow your heart

Live free and beauty surrounds you
The world still astounds you
Each time you look at a star

Stay free, where no walls divide you
You're free as the roaring tide
So there's no need to hide

Born free, and life is worth living
But only worth living
'cause you're born free

Stay free, where no walls divide you
You're free as the roaring tide
So there's no need to hide

Born free, and life is worth living
But only worth living
'cause you're born free

Why are we as a country so dead set of NOT letting a soverign nation develop nuclear weapons? Hillary Clinton came out and said on "meet the press" that in no shape or form will we allow Iran to have nukes. Isn't this just more of the bush administration? Correct me if I am wrong

Thank you HuffPo for your continued fairness in your portrayals of Iran. We get enough anti-Iranian spin from the MSM. It is a breath of fresh air to know that there is support for fair treatment elsewhere around the globe.

Ahmadin Nejad's Vice-President is OUT.
Khameini sent a note to him on Friday commanding A. to remove him. A. reappointed him as "my adviser."

I wasnt able to find a demonstration in my area to show my support for Iran, but this is an excellent editorial showing my support. God bless the people of Iran as they fight against the oppression of their government.

To our Iranian Friends:

We are with you!! May you overcome dictatorial despots. May you gain a voice in your government through representation...however you accomplish it. In American we struggle constantly trying to maintain our influence over our government....and it is a constant battle.

May you find a way to have a voice!! We support your cries for representation. We support your attempts to bring justice and fairness to your country!!

Be well...and best of luck in overthrowing oppressors and forces stifling creativity and personal freedom!!

In solidarity!!

Someday soon I hope the world community would have the power to require all governments to have constitutions compatible with the basic tenets of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
