Fair Trade has nothing to do with shade grown; the Fair Trade certification environmental standards are very generic, and there are none relating to shade for coffee. Trader Joe's "shade grown" coffees are not certified by anybody. Kraft's Yuban (not Yuba) coffee contains only 30% Rainforest Alliance certified beans (the rest could come from anywhere, including completely deforested plantations), and represents only a tiny fraction of the coffee that Kraft purchases. You can search for and read about all of these individual issues at http://www.coffeehabitat.com

Trader Joe's carries a selection of Fair Trade coffees at very reasonable prices. They come in nitrogen-flushed containers that break down (except for the plastic top, which can be recycled).

because I'm on a budget and live in a small town so my local "green" choices are few, I buy YUBA brand coffee-the price is about the same as Folgers/Maxwell House, but it's a Fair trade coffee and the can is made from recycled materials (and I always try to reuse the can when empty).

Any other "green" coffees that you can buy like at Walmart or Target?
