Nancy Ann Grace is an American legal commentator, television host, former prosecutor, hater of Duke lacrosse, lover of pant suits, and a dick. While many people are dicks for comedic value, Nancy Grace does not understand comedy, and is a dick because she's simply a bad person.

She frequently discusses issues from a victims' rights standpoint, with an outspoken style that has won her both condemnation and praise. The praise coming from avid fans of pant suits, the condemnation coming from everyone else, especially the makers of pant suits.

On her nightly current affairs show (which should be titled "Missing White Girls"), Grace takes pleasure in bullying guests and even her own crew. Mistreating people on national television is not all that bad, unless you consider the fact that she drove one guest to kill herself.

Oh, she also lied about the circumstances surrounding her fiancé's murder, but who doesn't?

One truth is that anyone who is watching Nancy Grace has dropped of the edge of the big picture and is living in a fatalistic fantacyland. She's a great instrument to get people to make knee-jerk judgements and prone to be polarized. Grace is doing her job but not very gracefully.

On the other hand.....Grace gets more "ink" here than any of us could on our very best day being the best people we can be. "ink" = income. She's an actress and there are some very highly paid lousy actors.

I have thoroughly disliked Nancy Grace since her days on Court TV. Regardless of the facts, she always, always, took the side of the prosecution. That may have been accurate in most cases but a little neutrality would have been more appropriate for a commentator. Presumed innocent? Hah, not with Nancy Grace! You are guilty until absolved by God himself.

How much of this lady's on air angst is attached to mundane daily events which irk her in some twisted way? Like, if her husband forgets to take out the trash or leaves his underwear on the floor, does this lady attack her male guests on that day?

And if she's cut off in traffic on the way to work, does she scream at her camera man?
