Obama Denies That He's "Antibusiness"

In a July 27 interview in the Oval Office, President Barack Obama reflected on his first six months in office and discussed his evolving relationship with business leaders.

The President clearly had a lot he wanted to say to the business community, with which he has gotten off to a somewhat shaky start. He addressed the criticisms of some CEOs that his policies are anti­business, defended his proposed tax increases on the wealthy, and drew management lessons from his executive experience thus far.

Stocks added to an already impressive run Thursday as another round of earnings reports gave investors new reasons to be optimistic about the economy. The Dow Jones industrial average rose its highest level in nearly nine months with a gain of 84 points and the Nasdaq composite index traded above 2,000 for the first time since October."

No it won't. The military has government­-controlle­d healthcare and it hasn't limited the life choices of our soldiers. If they had to shell the steep deductibles common with private health insurance that would affect them adversely.

With the new health bill, you can keep your current provider or choose a new one through the public option.

What it does is free lots of people from staying on a miserable job because of the health benefits.

There is a difference between being Anti-Business and Anti-Corporation. I have no problem with someone being Anti-Corporation, since the corporations would rather monopolize and quell any competitive market rather than play fair.
