please, please do not drink wheatgrass after a night of drinking. it is wonderful on any ol' day, but NOT after alcohol consumption. this can send your body into a paroxysm of sickness. nausea, vomiting, a vicious headache -- these are some of the things you'll get if you go there. it's just because it instantly detoxifies you -- far faster than you want to be purged. with alcohol, a more gradual detox is much healthier and less scary. this comes from experience.

Exercise some moderation and you won't need a hangover cure. Learn to nurse a drink if you must drink. Your wallet will also thank you for it. Prices of drinks in bars are outrageous; it's not worth it.

Number one way to cure a hangover? Don't drink too much! ha ha

Your liver and pancreas will thank you for it.

(Or if you will be drinking, consume a full glass of water for every drink you have. I don't drink much but if I'm going out for cocktails I'll have a glass of water after each one. I never have a hangover, although I usually limit my intake to 3 drinks tops.)
