Behavioral therapy is one potential solution for insomnia. Now people suffering from sleepless nights can find Web-based versions of the treatment.

As outlined in the Science Times, recent studies suggest online cognitive behavioral therapy can be an effective option for people with insomnia. The programs work by asking patients to track sleep habits and use interactive exercises to identify factors that can interfere with sleep.
