US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton arrived in Kenya on Tuesday for the first part of a seven-nation tour of Africa. Clinton will also visit South Africa, Angola, Congo, Nigeria, Liberia and Cape Verde, meeting with top African officials and offering continuing support to nations recovering from conflict.
