Talking Points Memo:

It looks like Rick Lowry of National Review offered the White House his services in doing some positive P.R. on behalf of Rove protege Tim Griffin, who the administration had sought to sought to muscle into the U.S. attorney job in Arkansas as a replacement for the fired Bud Cummins.

What are they talking about?

The entire Corporate media helped with the PR campaign for the Bush White House.

Remember the WMD's? The entire fiasco of the Iraqi War. The "Who could ever have imagined bin Ladin attacking the United States.

Or how about the 70% of people who thought Saddam was behind 9/11?

Isn't he the 40+ juvenille who has a crush on Sarah Palin (a married woman known for making things up)?

Kristol and Lowry both turned to jello over Palin's trai ler tr ash looks. Those must have been CLEAR heels Kristol described her clopping around in on plank floors in the governor's mansion when she served him the lunch at which he was so smitten he pushed her on McCain and the country.

Where have you been? Lowry is a non-stop Poison Palin Promoter.

He is still seeing "starbursts" and "sitting up straight" at the mention of
her name.

I realize you can only have one so-called thought at a time but stop posting the same thing. It's a sure sign of obsessive-compulsive troll syndrome.

The National Review was founded by William F. Buckley - one of his generation's most right wing conservatives. Nothing has chnged.

The difference is that Buckley would debate intellectuals, like Chomsky. Modern neocons shy from debate and instead, rely on fear tactics and jingoism.

lol Rich Lowry.

I'm sorry I need a moment. Rich Lowry.

Sarah Palin came on the tv screen and *winked* and he saw little starbursts (yes that is a euphamism and all adults know what he meant and...you children reading go to bed. Did you brush your teeth? March buster and don't sass me.) Once Rich could see again he decided that Alaskan rocket scientist who apparently holds the wisdom of Lincoln in her red naughty monkey pumps was the perfect person to take America into the next millineum. Like she had him. When he returned from the moon ;-)

My point being is anybody surprised what Rich Lowry would do? If it is on behalf of somebody sordid, Rich is your guy. A woman probably winked at him prior to the whole event. He's lonely.

Oh and the National Review is a rag sheet. Thanks to Lowry.

I'm not obsessed with her. Lowry is. And the Republican party in general.

She's the face of the Republican party. The rest of us can't help but notice since you're always shoving her back at us. So, when America thinks GOP- think Palin. A race baiting ignoramous who gets called out on a lie a week. You guys keep her in the news. Lowry keeps her in his dreams.

That’s as shocking as a major news network anchorman coordinating with a political party to produce forged documents accusing the other party’s president of wrong doing. Wow. Pretty unbelievable.

The real story is that Bush is Gay, our first Gay Presidente and I did not vote for him......Imagine a cheerleader who had a gay prostitute (scuse me sex worker) in the White House over 200 times AND we were supposed to forgive him because God Forgives him because he is born again.....Oh my.....But the media could drag around a story about another president who folllowed the man with the MISTRESS ON THE PAYROLL.....and the MSM ignored the Mistress on the Payroll,,, that is Bush's father.....

The country will turn against the birthers/deathers/teabaggers as they become more and more dangerous and violent. The falling poll numbers of the gop and it's spokespeople represent a move in that direction. I think Obama and his administration are just giving them enough rope to hang themselves.

It is very easy to bash Lowry.
His ideology just begs for it.
However on his behalf I have to say he has done an admirable job since the election of trying to seem as if he is a reasonable person with a conservative agenda.
Nothing wrong with that.
I am a reasonable (not really but you know what I mean) person with a liberal agenda.
Nothing wrong with that either.
The thing I REALLY like about him though is he just can;t quite pull it off.
It almost hurts sometimes when he lets when out, all fanatical and weirdly passionate from WAY out there on the right.
Whic would be o.k. 'cept it is almost as if he farted.
i mean he is sit'n there try'n to be a gentleman and show some charm and intelligence and then he lets loose with one of his GRUNTING OLD PIG talking points.
Pretty funny.
