Promark, G.M. Investment Unit, Pays Traders Millions Per Year

They work for General Motors but pull down Wall Street-style bonuses -- and that is raising some eyebrows in Washington.

A group of employees in G.M.'s investment management division in New York, where top earners make $2 million to $3 million a year, are coming under sharp scrutiny by the Obama administration's pay czar, Kenneth Feinberg.
