Quentin Tarantino: Brad Pitt Exhausted By Fatherhood, Fell Asleep On Set (VIDEO)

'Inglourious Basterds' director Quentin Tarantino visited Letterman Monday night and said that his leading man, Brad Pitt, has been sleeping on the job.

"We usually try to discourage sleeping on the set, but it can happen from time to time," he said. "Because Brad has a big family at home, sleeping on the set is the only time he gets to sleep."

Pitt's six children may rob him of sleep, but that didn't stop him from signing onto a kids' project so they can see his work.

'Inglourious Basterds' opens Friday.
