PROS: free surgery

CONS: they will always find something that needs fixing on you equalling into
further low self-esteem plus once you have been lifted to the height of being lifted...
they will find someone younger to dump you for...

Plastic surgery to me should be used only if you're a burn patient or had surgery to remove a tumor not for vanity reasons. Too many people going under the knife to look perfect and whatnot, there is no such thing is perfection, we all have FAULTS! You better learn to live with your faults, I know I am.
