Interesting and insightful analysis. There's still hope if some doc. candidates can do such high quality work , while successfully avoiding the pitfalls of political tunnel vision.
Very interesting analysis. I note that notwithstanding the apparent fundamental change in the ratio of humanitarian to peacekeeping aid , the total amount of humanitarian aid still increased. But from my far-distant, limited information vantage point, the substantial allocation to peacekeeping appears to have wasted a lot of money. where did all that money go? why is there almost never good news, beneficial results. No wonder people get burnt out, cynical and alienated.
