Wall Street Journal :

President Barack Obama's outreach to the Muslim world started with a video greeting to Iranians on Nowruz, the Iranian new year, and peaked with his June speech in Cairo. Today, the White House released the latest video in that campaign, in which Obama wishes Muslims around the world "Ramadan Kareem" (roughly translated as "Happy Ramadan") at the start of the Muslim holy month.
