Blake Livley spent her 22nd birthday at an InStyle and Tiffany & Co. party in NYC on Tuesday night. Though the soiree was thrown in honor of Maria Sharapova (who has a Tiffany contract) and Frank Gehry, the Gossip Girl had her cake, too.
