The 20-year-old singer enjoyed a night out with a group of friends and bodyguards at Guys & Dolls, where he stood up on a booth and got the crowd excited as he danced along to Michael Jackson's Dirty Diana, a source tells PEOPLE.

He's a young kid, he screwed up, he was sentenced. He's an ENTERTAINER. Why are people surprised or mad that he was at a club? As long as the legal system has dealt with him, which it has, he's free to do as he pleases.

I don't like him and I don't think he was punished harshly enough, but I don't see why him going clubbing is a big deal.

Personally I don't care if he goes out clubbing or not....it just looks real bad that he goes out clubbing a few hours after being sentenced for beating his ex girlfriend.

Kind of reminds me of when he went jet skiing, smiling, and flexing his muscles only a few days after he was arrested for beating Rihanna.
