This is just "hush" money to get the regulators to look the other way so that BoA can engage in the full spectrum of criminal activity and not the current watered down version they are being forced to comply with right now.

With all due respect starrianna, always keep your account in balance with a little extra to spare, so an overdraft will not occur. Therefore, this would never be your problem to solve or complain.
