Reporter Stung By Bee, Immediately Starts Cursing (VIDEO)

This local reporter for Channel 9 News, an ABC affiliate, was in the middle of his report on a bad accident in Oswego County (upstate New York) when a bee had the nerve to sting him in the neck. While bee stings are clearly no picnic, one imagines this reporter could have maintained his composure to some degree, instead of dropping F-bombs all over the place: "A fucking bee on me. A fucking bee just bit me! A fucking bee stung me!"

We especially love the casual way he curses "mothefucker" as he walks away from the camera.

I've been stung a few times. The last time a few years ago I SAT on a bee who was innocently mindiing his own business on the seat of my friends car. Yeah I let go some choice F-bombs!

Wow, he reacted no differently than ANYONE ELSE who has been stung by a bee. Sounds to me like the author of this article has never been stung, thus has no frame of reference.

I agree with some other poster's. I was working in produce at grocery store. Went in back stock room pulled a canvas down from shelf and couple bee's hovering around it unbeknownst to me. Well bee stung me in neck like reporter. It felt like someone had stuck a needle in my neck. So yeah I was cussing and I don't blame reporter for cussing either. I don't understand this story's point that reporter should control himself. It was a TAPED segment. Go stick a needle in your neck and see how that feels...

I'm more struck by the way the author of this piece casually spells out the Fs and MFs when it could have been easily implied - especially since there is an accompanying video. Talk about diffulty of restraint. Can I do that in a post?

I was stung in the neck by a bee years ago while driving down a curvy pass through the mountains in AZ. I thought a small rock had flew in the window and hit me in the neck, but the pain got worse as I drove and I brought my hand up to my neck and grabbed with my fingers and pulled the bee off and flung him toward the windshield and i could feel the stinger still pulsating in my neck, which I scraped off with my fingernail all the while driving straight down this hill. By the time I got home my neck, collar bone, and armpit was 4 times the size. I think the bee hit a main line into my system. That hurt like he||. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Now.... I dont know how many of you have ever had the "priviledge" of getting some bee anger (a/k/a a stinging)... ANYWHERE on you body, less more your neck. If you have, you understand TOTALLY where this reporter is coming from.

As the "fire" from the sting of the angry bee surges through the area under attack by "bee anger", you tend to "ease" the hellous burning pain with a string of curse words... after which, you immediately consider exacting punish upon said bee... which is normally not a good idea, as bees can be... what's the word I'm looking for here.... um... oh yes.... AGGRESSIVE, and will stick around to fight you.. often times calling on his family memebers and buddies to join in the attack.

So, in conclusion.... it is best to just say some curse words, and get out of there ASAP.
