Levi Johnston: Palin Wanted To Keep Pregnancy Secret

Levi Johnston has spilled more secrets from the Palin household in yet another interview. The father of Bristol Palin's child told Vanity Fair that former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin initially wanted to keep her daughter's pregnancy a secret.

Sarah told me she had a great idea: we would keep it a secret--nobody would know that Bristol was pregnant. She told me that once Bristol had the baby she and Todd would adopt him. That way, she said, Bristol and I didn't have to worry about anything. Sarah kept mentioning this plan. She was nagging--she wouldn't give up. She would say, "So, are you gonna let me adopt him?" We both kept telling her we were definitely not going to let her adopt the baby. I think Sarah wanted to make Bristol look good, and she didn't want people to know that her 17-year-old daughter was going to have a kid.

According to Johnston, Palin also rarely attended her son Track's hockey games, and she often complained about her job as governor, saying it was "too hard." She frequently fought with her husband, Todd, who slept in a separate room during the Republican National Convention. And, says Johnston, "there was a lot of talk of divorce in that house ... times when Sarah and Todd would mention it and sound pretty serious."

Johnston said that Sarah Palin repeatedly talked about how much more money she could make writing a book or doing television. (In past interviews, he has said that money was behind her decision to resign.) Palin is currently working on a book.

"The kids have been farmed out to family and friends to raise." .. it was always said very hush.. weird how many people in this Valley are afraid to say the truth about Sarah and the family's difficulty since she first ran for governor. Remember the bus brakes that were cut? I get that the cops couldn't disclose names - but when upwards of half the valley knows all about what happened and who did it - weren't they responsible to speak up and say what they knew about the Palin home life? Don't the valley's silent, knowing population bear some responsibility for Sarah having been elected gov - and then tapped as VP?

When people know things - even if they are sad and seem scandalous and - mostly just sad - you have to speak up. Nothing less will stop people like Sarah. Good people with a conscience have to decide a conscience isn't enough. Knowing isn't enough. In Sarah's case, the electorate has a right and need to know, too. Conscience should pave the way for pens to be wielded and mouths to be opened.

That is why his agent will only let him talk for a minimum amount, why he moved to Los Angeles (kind of far from his son) and was played by the Palins by getting thier daughter pregnant then selling nasty tories about his son's family for money.

And you tell me what kid Levi's age with his limited education & job prospects, is going to turn down the kind of money being thrown at him just for telling his side of the Wasillabillies saga. So what Miss Sarah was REALLY proposing was to raise Tri(pp)g as her child with Bristol playing the role of the Big Sister.

This has got to be, for many reasons, Trig. But it doesn't really matter. The context of raising a child so
deceitfully in a 'christian values family' is just so fundamentally (no pun intended) ugly. Look how well
that worked out for Ted Bundy, who was raised thinking that his mother was his big sister and his grandmother was his mother . . .

Also notice that Levi refers to the unborn baby as male. Ultrasounds are not always read accurately but amnio testing will definitely identify gender and possibly paternity (depending on access to the necessary dna samples from potential sperm donors).

Just might be gospel if Levis was conceling a tape recorders during most conversations. Would not surprise me is he was advised early on to cover himself. Would not be the FIRST time, as anyone alive in the last 40 years knows.
