Thank goodness he's healed! After missing Wimbledon due to injury, Rafael Nadal of Spain is back at the US Open.
Wednesday Nadal beat Richard Gasquet of France.
He also changed his shirt and showed off his biceps as a Getty cameraman snapped away.

What's up? Nadal played his heart out, coming back from a break down to beat, very handlely I might add, a very tough Gael Monfils. This story is about his body? Goodness. Well then I think a nod for Gonzo is in order.

Rafi enters the US Open apparently at a very high functional state. If he has achieved the athletic sharpness from intelligent physiological and specialized mechanics conditioning he will be difficult to beat. ATHLETIC COACHING WELL DONE, WORLD CLASS!!!

This commonly used mechanics terminology is confusing to me. I understand what you are trying to say, but is not really correct from a mechanics perspective. Mechanics data, research, and instrumentation technology challenge a large number of commonly held technique beliefs. Hitting partners are often not athletic coaches, or mechanics specialist. I would expect an athletic recruiter to explain muscular contraction in this manner, not a knowledgeable athletic instructor!
