The man was wise to flee Chicago, the dying navel of the rapidly declining American rust belt. It will be impossible to prevent Chicago from collapsing into rubble as business abandons Chicago & people leave a decaying, dying Chicago to find jobs. The tax base for Chicago is shrinking rapidly. There won't be the money for Chicago to maintain its collapsing infrastructure. Which part of Chicago's El will collapse & be abandoned? How about Chicago's schools?
Chicago is in no position to become a green city.
The man was wise to flee Chicago for BC.

Thank you Sadhu for all you've done in Chicago. Good luck in Vancouver.
