Chelsea has certainly come into her own style. She had a makeover shortly after the Clintons left office and since then there has been no looking back.

She is also a very accomplished woman, and a real credit to the Clitnons and America.

I think she looks super although I really hesitate to say that if she has indeed had surgery. What I mean is that I am not opposed to surgery in certain circumstances, but I would hate to imply she looks great because of the surgery.

It appears they did a super job with her, because let's face it her parents sure put her through the wringer.

It is interesting how much the Clintons shield her from the media compared to the 1st family today. I mean Chelsea went with her parents on many occasions, but we never focused on her because they didn't like that. The media is much different with this pair and so I am guessing the message being sent from this 1st family is very different.

The Obamas are not encouraging the media as you are trying to suggest. There are many reasons, one of them being that today's 1st family happens to the the first Black first family in the US. There is naturally more curiosity and more scrutiny that comes with this situation. For e.g., when HP has a slide show focusing on Michelle and the girls' shoes, do think the Obamas are really encouraging this? Secondly, the internet in 1992-2000 was not nearly as prolific as it is today, and the age of digital cameras, YouTube, etc, makes it virtually impossible to hide from the media.

What do you want the Obama's to do now? Have their children covered in masks, veils and blankets like MJ? Then you would complain that they were being weird and secretive, and not in touch with the American people!!

I was fortunate to meet Chelsea and she is a sweet and down to earth young woman who would make any parent proud.

She is a true class act.

Good for her and kudos to her parents.

Whenever I could, I worked her events as a volunteer in the five states I worked for the campaign. As much as I enjoyed hearing her parents speak, she was the best of the three. She'd open with about 10-15 minutes statement and then open the floor up to ANY question for the next two or so hours. Her answers to questions blew my mind...not quick, simplistic answers, but rather answers with loads of detail on issues and her mother's well thought out plans to resolve so many problems in this country and around the world. For those who have never heard her speak, I highly recommend you try to catch her if she is ever speaking in your area. She is amazing!

I dunno--I've heard HRC speak a few times, as well as Chelsea, and I think HRC is absolutely brilliant.

Chelsea has always been very accomplished for her age, and she has grown into being a great public speaker, very comfortable on stage, and thoughtfully spontaneous.

Ahhh the days of tie dyed "dead" shirts and denim shorts.... a childhood from the 1990's just wouldn't be the same without some of those outfit staples! It's great to see how Chelsea has grown into a fashion aesthetic that is timeless, sophistication, classic and chic with a touch of youth. A perfect combination for such an intelligent young woman.

She is taking a graduate degree at Columbia in Public Health, probably Public Health Administration; good, we need that. When she was a little girl, she wanted to be a Doctor, remember? To think, she has grown up with us and she is such a nice young lady, very smart, very warm, totally unspoiled in every way.
