Mother Jones:

One member of the Blackwater security team known as Raven 23 regularly bragged about his body count and viewed killing Iraqis as "payback for 9/11."

These allegations are contained in court records filed on Monday by Justice Department lawyers prosecuting five Blackwater contractors for the September 2007 shooting frenzy in Baghdad's Nisour Square that killed 14 Iraqis and wounded 20 others.

Wall Street Journal (August 22, 2009) revealed a Department of Defense report that "military contractors" had more than 220,000 personnel in Iraq and Afghanistan by December 2008.

There have been more mercenaries fighting the "war on terror" than real soldiers.

The real soldiers have always done the serious fighting, but the mercenaries and their employers like Blackwater and Halliburton have made the real big money.

Cheney and Rumsfeld really cooked up a great "war on terror" business plan after 9/11.

Unfortunately, their business plan has so far cost the lives of over 5000 American troops, 2000 allied troops, and of course hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi and Afghan civilians.

These criminal Thugs put our Troops in more danger. How are we supposed to foster respect and trust when we send insane crusaders in to murder innocent civilians and their families.

They are a liability and murdering innocent women and children isn't going to win you too many friends. Cheney and Bush pushed for immunity for these thugs, that should be repealed and these maniacs should be extradited to Iraq to face proper justice.

There are countless cases of Contractor mercenaries putting our troops in harms way. They are counterproductive and all cases like this should be referred to Iraq where the perpetrators will receive proper punishment. I wouldn't want this psychopath seeing the light of day in America, that's for sure.

You are so right. Serving military in Iraq and Afghanistan despise mercenary thugs for the very good reasons that you describe.

I'd say these guys are worse than your average Islamist terrorist and given the chance would probably murder many more of the innocent if given the chance.

Payback for 911?

Just how how ignorant are these psycopaths?

As ignorant as the commander in chief who put them there, presumably.

These apes should be tried in Iraq for their crimes, by a jury of Iraqis - and whatever penalty they see fit to impose should be carried out with righteous zeal.

Iraq wasn't involved in 9/11 . . .

this confirms what we already knew blackwater are thugs and murders with severe psycyological problems and belong where they cannot harm people and yet our State Dept continues to employ them . . . unforgiveable behaviour . . . .

I wonder what they will do if posted state-side . . . they clearly belong behind bars

Folks, here's your domestic control force, the force that can be used in place of US armed services to suppress the American population.

These guys are our Foreign legion -- like the French force, unanswerable to no one except the government that doesn't want its own citizens committing and reporting war crimes. The French have never used their legion to crush domestic unrest, but that doesn't mean our government won't.

They're an ideal force for "dealing with" protesting Americans, as we slip further in to a two-tier Third World economic model.

These guys need to be stopped now, their leaders arrested and charged with responsibility for these crimes and locked up until they are in their 70s.

Huh? What the world realizes is that under G.W.Bush when we get angry very little happens to the perpetrators, as long as they're from Saudi Arabia. Afganistan, which was sheltering the people who attacked us, was minimally attacked, Bin Laden was allowed to escape, and then we completely forgot about the people who attacked us and went on a murderous spree in a country that had nothing to do with the attacks.

If my neighbor beats me up, and instead of calling the police and having the neighbor arrested I burn the house down the street while the neighbor gets off scot-free, does that make sense to you? That's what happened under Bush.

My dad told me that in the past, "yoni" was another word for female anatomy. He says that "beever" might be a deliberate mis-spelling of another traditional term for the same anatomy.

Dad also says that a screen name that combines these two terms needs further investigation.

Leave it to r@cists not to know Haji isn't an insult. Like it makes a difference to them. The hateful take pride in their ignorance, whether it be calling indians 'Pakis' or any other such misnomer.

Part II:

A newly born infant is 100% animal with the potential due to its capacity for freedom of choice to become either a Satan or a Saint, a magnificent dove or a deadly virus and all the variations in between. I cannot but consider not only the Blackwater establishment but all those who have been instrumental in making their existence possible as satanic.

In short, for as long as we consider ourselves superior to others in reality, for as long as we consider our so called "national security" supreme and that of others as of no significance, our problems in the world will continue and we create more terrorists in the process than we can possibly destroy.

I think "reality" may be the operative word here

Part I:

"Christian Supremacy," "the Knights of the Templar," and the declaration by one of the previous Blackwater employees that Erik Prince, Blackwater's founder, "intentionally deployed to Iraq certain men who shared his vision of . . . knowing and wanting these men to take every available opportunity to murder Iraqis."

The problem goes much deeper that these human looking animals. It is based on an unwritten Constitution that has to do with the rest of the world that outside our borders anything goes as long as it is financially, politically, and militarily to our advantage. We only recognize the rights of other to exist as long as they are pro-America. Our military industrial complex is spread all over the world is if a giant octopus in order for us to enforce our wishes in a world in which nations can no longer be our enemies in the true sense of the word, in a world in which we are dealing with fragmented so called terrorists that in the grand scheme of things can injure us as it happened on 9/11. An injury that gave our own last administration the means to undermine our civil liberties and cause more damage both at home an abroad than the so called terrorists would ever be able to accomplish.
