'Real Housewife' Bethenny Frankel Slams Rachel Zoe: 'Self-Important Nonsense' (POLL)

'Real Housewife' Bethenny Frankel has reportedly landed her own spin-off show that will air this fall, but in the meantime she has grabbed the spotlight by starting a cat fight with celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe on her Twitter page.

Frankel slammed her fellow Bravo reality star after watching a new episode of 'The Rachel Zoe Project' Monday night.

"Is wondering if I'm the only one who can't get over the self-important nonsense that is rachel zoe.catching up on my dvr.wow," she tweeted. A few minutes later, "Is dying over this show.if I stick on a lampshade with a moo moo and a pair of bananas hoop earrings,rz may just D I E.what a bunch of BS!"

Zoe couldn't resist fighting back. "wow talk abt no class bn friends 4yrs rude," she tweeted. "she is inappropriate and clearly desperate for some attention.

Tuesday morning, Frankel still wouldn't let it go and tweeted again about her apparent acquaintance of 20 years, snidely referring to her by her given surname, Rosenzweig: "has known r rosensweig for 20 yrs & treats all her old friends like garbage.being talented & famous should make u remember who was nice then."

Zoe had the last word for now, "unclear y Bethanny has declared war..never bn anything but kind 2 her & clearly she enjoys being vicious as they say..obvi she was nevr my friend."

I like Rachel. A LOT She is a good person and her husband is a nice man.. They have a good marriage on stage for all to see.

Rachel, do not fret about this woman,she is fraught with issues and a bonafide mess.. You work hard and have made a name for yourself.. a very well deserved name in a crazy business.. Just don't be so nervous about everything, you are well liked, and Frankel is an unhappy lady with more neuroses than one can count.. put it behind you.

Betheny is a chef that specializes in lean, natural cooking. Rachel is a joke. How hard is it to borrow clothes from top designers for people who deem themselves too busy to shop.

Bethany has a real business. I am not sure what Rachel's gig is except she is getting paid a lot to whine.

The red carpet and movie/tv stars looks has become a big deal. Check out what stars wore to the Oscars in the 70s when they had no help -- thinking Sally Field, Streisand. Rachel Zoe serves a purpose. If fashion is not your thing, fine, but a stylist has become an important factor in the look of an actress, even actor.

There's actually some quality left on Bravo. 'Top Chef' is one of the two most interesting reality/competition shows on television and Kathy Griffin's 'D-List' show is fascinating, funny and Emmy winning.

'Project Runway' (the other most interesting reality/competition show on television) has headed for more feminine climes at Lifetime. (Though, so far this season, there's very little changed about the show.)

Otherwise, it's drivel like the useless Zoe and the Real Housewives.

So far, on PR, the only difference I've noticed is the terrible camera work. They don't give any full shots of the outfit coming down the runway that are longer than a split second. It's hard to even see the overall look. Also, there are too many huge advertising bugs that block seeing the garments.

Bravo has been going downhill ever since NBC bought it.

Top Chef is still good but now the screen always has annoying ads for other shows while you're watching Top Chef. Cheap NBC tricks. Disgusting.

Not too long ago, Bethenny told the press that she didn't like Gweneth Paltrow's cooking video that she did on some website of hers.

I watched Gweneth's video and thought she did a very good job. Her recipe looked simple the way she described it. She seemed to enjoy making the dinner.

Not sure why Bethenny had to put her two cents in about the cooking video, when she didn't need to.

I don't see the connection as to how some stars determine who they say stuff about and who it matters to.

I accidentally caught Rachel Zoe's show and it wasn't that bad, I actually changed my opinion to "favorable" after watching. Bethany Rosenzweig (trying to de-jew herself) is just mean, insecure and gross. I mean, if you aspire to being a rich housewife how valuable are you to society?
