So Aussie MDs are told to combat fatigue with massive amounts of caffeine; by massive I mean (if my maths are correct) the equivalent of two gallons of Mountain Dew.

Do we know whether United Health runs Aussie hospitals?

Geez - they better not be recommending that to any docs who work in an operating room! Pilots, long-haul truck drivers, surgeons, air traffic controllers - some people just shouldn't be reliant on stimulants to stay awake on the job.

Good luck recruiting new docs! People don't want to go into medicine for a reason-bankers don't worry about working 80 hours at a time and get paid more!
