CHATHAM -- In the months after Gov. Eliot Spitzer's sudden resignation from office, Lloyd Constantine again and again asked himself the same vexing question: What am I going to do with myself?

There didn't seem to be an easy answer.

For about two decades, Constantine's professional life had been centered mostly on two concerns: A landmark class-action lawsuit against the credit card industry and Eliot Spitzer's political career.

The problem with Spitzer and company from Day One - remember that (?) - was their unmitigated arrogance and utter lack of political and governmental acumen as they tried to "steamroll" their way through Albany.
