To heck with carbon dioxide. A new study performed by the London School of Economics suggests that, to fight climate change, governments should focus on another pollutant: us.

As in babies. New people.

CO2 is vital to all life on earth. It is exhaled by all living
things and even comes from nocturnal emissions by plants. It forms the bubbles in your soda, wine and beer. Standard air has 370 parts
per million (PPM) of carbon dioxide of which 93% comes from "natural sources" which are all beyond human control.

Brainwashing You
"Climate Change" really is. Natural cycles. Nothing more, nothing less.
I have point out the fact that more and more scientists are coming out and telling you that it is a scam.
That there is no real science in it. It's Scaryence. "Scare Science." Doom and gloom. So they came up with a plan.

What if the people ask for proof? "Just tell them that all the Scientist agree that it is real, and they are smarter then
them, so they need just accept it. Any Scientists that say it's not real are just kooks, or bought off by big oil."

Far more effective than cap and trade.

A big family is far worse than a big car.

Condoms cannot fight climate change all on their own. They need someone to get in there and stand up for what's right.

Yeah, but it's hard work. Often in foul conditions.

Volunteers are required to work in unlit, humid caves to the point of vomiting from exhaustion, but the work is its own benefit.

The ZPG (Zero Population Growth) and other population control zealtots are really disappointing.

They know the solution, but they never volunteer to go first...

In other words, is this the nonsense where they are supposed to kill themselves because there are too many people? Of course, everyone cannot live in that fantasy land where it doesn't matter how many billions of people we keep adding to the world.

So should we limit the amount of kids a couple is allowed to have? What's the answer?

Uncontrolled population growth is possibly a greater danger to humankind than global warming. The population of the planet increases by over 132,000 people per day!
Immigration is a bs issue with regards to this problem - it won't matter whose country has too high a density. Condoms are helpful.
What is most unhelpful - fundamental religions of every stripe, ignorance of the problem and no one treating it as a major global concern.

Immigration is anything but a "bs Issue". It affects our population growth and environment. Anyone who suggests otherwise just refuses to admit it.

On average, people in the US are having fewer children per family with each generation. As the toxins in our environment rise and sperm motility keeps tanking, this will not be a problem for us. It's the developing nations we have to worry about in regard to overpopulation. Developing nations whose populations are largely Catholic are especially troublesome.

My wife and I have visited third world countries like Cambodia and when you tell people you don't have any kids it does not compute! Having a big family is simply the way life is lived in these places, whether the parents can afford to feed, house and clothe them or not. The problem is way bigger than condom availability or even religious belief; it is about fundamental sociological mind set change, which will not be easy even if genuinely attempted.

"Developing" nations,as you call them, are going to slowly come to the balance of some personal restraint in the number of children they have; you can't really expect societies that have had to make large families to ensure survival of genetic information to change that over night, it will take decades. One way to expedite this transition is happening in the communication mechanisms, that have been slowly built over the last century, making it easier for medical information to be transmitted and learned. Really all I was trying to say is that there is a way of convincing people that they need not have so many children without resorting to name calling or blaming; sometimes people just don't know there's a better way and the way you present them with the consequences they will have a choice and many factors will play into what eventually they (as a society) will adopt as the norm. I have faith that as communication technology increases our population will top out and valley for some time; if only because of World of Warcraft ;-)

There are not decades to spare. The human race will do it or it will be done for us through disease and the forces of nature. And I really am not sure what "survival of genetic information" means.

And this is news how? It's common sense. The problem is that you have people on the right who dismiss any concerns about overpopulation as liberal whacko-ism. And then you have some on the left who are afraid to say anything because they see it as criticism of other societies or they refuse to recognize the fact that it is immigration to this country that is fueling our own population growth.
