Kate Gosselin's New 'Do On 'The View': Love It Or Lose It? (PHOTOS, POLL)

It's been a rough year for Kate Gosselin's hair. First her signature asymmetrical bob became a Halloween wig. Then Kathy Griffin wore it to mock the mother of eight in a sketch called "Kate Is Enough."

On Tuesday, Gosselin appeared as a guest host on 'The View'--and debuted a new 'do while she was there. True, it was the same old haircut with a few waves thrown in, but where do you stand on the new style?

Why does the View have her on their show????????????????????????????????? She doesn't sing or act or dance or write or have any other talents!!!!!!!! Her hair must cause nightmares to real hairdressers, it is absolutely the dumbest thing I have ever seen........the back of her head is ridiculous, just ridiculous.

Is anyone ever with the kids. She mom and dad would rather be reality stars and blame one another for whatever happened in their marriage. Nevertheless, someone has to raise the kids.

Like it or not, this is Kate's job. She has a contract and is fulfilling her obligations.

Who watches Elizabeth's H. children when she is on The View, 5 days a week?
(I wish E. H. would stay home so I could watch The View.)

while I know everyone is trying to look younger.....she just went for hussy , I mean what the hell is that look about, she has to know it looks trashy right? Look I'm all for getting yourself out there going back on the market, but your ex gave you an in when he treated you like a dog, all you have to do is keep your head up and take good care of your kids.....Kate your day will come, in the mean time is there any way you can reverse that hair do????

Gawd, this woman is so narcissistic...what's sad is that we keep feeding the beast within her, as an earlier commenter pointed out. And as for The View...they've completely lost me. Why can't they find another smart, reasonable, non-hysterical co-host, like back in the days of Lisa Ling and Meredith Vieira?
Ever since they added Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepard, it's really gone downhill. I think Baba Wawa has lost her marbles. Whatever integrity she had went right out the window along with her tell-all book. I mean, Kate Gosselin, for crying out loud? Really? I guess any cheap ploy to keep the ratings up, no matter what the cost. Tsk, tsk.

I think she needs to stop worrying about being in the press so much. Are they saving any of the money they're making for their kids? It seems as though Jon and Kate are spending it all on themselves.

Kate F what people say about you! handle your business and take care of your children....Her hair is pretty and Kate look wayyyyyy better then those other woman, Jon is not good looking, weak, trashy and disrespectful, I am glad they had her on the view..

She is way toooooooo into being a celebrity now that being a mom and a wife are just not really part of her life other than to shot the show. She spends more time on TV shows, book tours, talking engagements, getting tans, nails done, hair done, etc. etc. etc. When is the last time she actually sat down with her kids as a mom and had a dinner SHE actually cooked??? Kate needs counseling for sure. I just feel bad for those kids.

When The View came back from summer hiatus, I forgot to start watching it again. Now I don't care if I ever watch it again. If Disney is selling it you know it's gonna be on The View, but I'm not buying it. What ever charm that The View had has withered away to nothing.

There is no way to judge her makeup.

Her makeup in the photo on the left is nicely done.
