I see she's got the sheath-dress-and-cardigan look down pat too! And that pin on the red suit is REAL (I mean, genuine diamonds). Just one of the many "family jewels" she uses to fabulous effect.

She's a smart, classy, and down-to-earth gal, and the best thing that ever happened to Willem-Alexander. I think he was rather conflicted about the constrictions inherent in his royal role, but she helped show hiim the way to being king AND being happy. I'll never forget after their engagement was announced on TV, and then they went to meet the press. As they came in, EVERYONE knew they were going to get a grilling about her father's role in the Pinochet regime and possibly even her 'party girl' reputation. W.A. looked somewhat tense, but as they sat down, Maxima turned her head, caught his eye, and winked. I knew right then - he'd found the perfect gal for him.

I think she looks great. She is obviously confident and happy with the way she looks- the most important quality to have, similar to Michelle Obama. That's really the most important thing. Love the pink satin shoes...

Maxima is more than her clothes, as she radiates enthusiasm, empathy and intelligence. She is also the mother of three young daughters.
