Nine months into his administration, President Obama has yet to fill any of the 16 seats on the White House Intelligence Advisory Board -- as far as I can tell.
This might be a good sign.
Repeated inquiries at the National Security Council went unanswered last week. Sources on Capitol Hill who are usually well-informed, and even aides at the council itself, around the corner from the White House, actually told me they "didn't know" if any seats had been filled.
