UN General Assembly: Britain Rules Out Formal Meeting With Gaddafi

LONDON (AFP) Prime Minister Gordon Brown will not hold a formal meeting with Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi at this week's UN General Assembly, his official spokesman said on Monday.

But the spokesman added that he could not rule out the possibility of them talking on a more informal basis.
