I lost 50 lb -- only eat 2 slices of bread a week.
No Potatos
No Rice
No crackers
No Processed foods
Very low fat
NO SWEETS AT ALL -- NO SODA'S

High Protien and veggies -- only oil is Virgin olive oil.
A lot of Spinach ----mmmmmmmm

Use your food processor more on things like mixed veggie bags which will give you a whole new look at salads and how to prepare them .
I look at what I can not eat and eat everything else.
It is easy

GREAT article! I lost about 25 lbs doing just what she discussed in there. You don't need to count calories, you just need to think! Thank you for this article!
