Ok, so guy may be a nut case. He says plenty of crazy things, sure, but what is so wrong with critiquing Israel? Why should anybody walk out when someone calls out a nation on its discriminatory policies? Would they have walked out if someone called out China on Human Rights Abuses? Mugabe on running a brutal dictatorship? Or any other nation for that matter on oppressing, humiliating and imprisoning a larger part of their population? No, they wouldn't have. Only when it comes to Israel any critique, any disapproval of its policies is seen as inflammatory or racist, or in this case anti-semitic. This double standard has to stop or progress will never be made in this region.

Netanyahu must go! too.

Down with the ethnic cleansing of the West bank.

Down with the massacres in Gaza and Lebanon.

Israels policies are 10 times as bad as Admadinijads, and they don't even have the excuse of being nutjobs!

Why did no-one walk out on Netanyahu's speech? Money Talks.

First of all, one has nothing to do with the other. Second, until the Palestinians decide they are ready to negotiate and factions of their people keep attacking Israel, they are complicit in terrorism. There is no reason for anyone to walk out of Netanhahu's speech and they didn't.

He was elected under a cloud.....his country with the aid of the Russians and the Chinese are building facilities capable of creating a nuclear weapon, his revisionist rhetoric is flawed and not factual, he wishes to destroy a UN member Nation.....we have plenty to be worried about with this joker.

What we are dealing with, as the greater global community, is an individual who lacks any morality, any depth of feeling for others, any values whatsoever. Six million people were slaughtered because of their religion and he wants to look into possible roles the victims may have played in facilitating their own destruction. The circumstances surrounding the election come under question (to put it mildly) and he wants to analyze if people have the right to question the process or express their doubts over the outcome.

Seriously, how many more examples of this clown's behavior must we be exposed to in order for everyone, including the militant cyber contingent auxiilary of IR supporters and apologists on this site to see this individual for what he is?
You don't have to have any psychological or psychiatric training to see that this guy is nowhere near what can be considered normal.

Let's stop kidding ourselves.

IRI delegation booed in New York
Protesters are gathered outside Ahmadinejad's hotel

Outside the Intercontinental, where Ahmadinejad and other Iranian delegation members are staying in New York City. The crowd chant slogans and boo some delegation members as they approach the hotel. A security guard for the delegation gives the crowd the finger:

Green scroll on Brooklyn Bridge
With signatures from more than 100 cities against Ahmadinejad 2-kilometers long

Nazila Fathi, New York Times: Hundreds of Iranian protesters marched across the Brooklyn Bridge on Thursday carrying a mile-long green banner in a sign of solidarity with demonstrators in Iran. The protest coincided with President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s trip to New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly. They chanted, “Ahmadinejad is not Iran’s president,” and “hey-hey ho-ho, Ahmadi go home,” referring to Mr. Ahmadinejad. This was the third day of protests organized by the Iranian diaspora in North America, the largest since the 1979 Islamic Revolution, which appeared to be the strongest sign of unity against the government

foxisms posted: “If America were Israel, I could see how this could infuriate such a large number of people. But we're not Israel and our primary population is not Jewish. So I can't see the reason for all the national outrage and self righteousness every time some little Napoleonic mouthpiece for the Iranian government makes a denial regarding another peoples history when a) it's not American history this guy's denying and 2) these empty denials have no direct affect on the lives of hundreds of millions of Americans. What up with that?”

Because of the last 2000 years of a.ntis.emitism, we need to become a little more sensitive as the u.gly beast again raises her scaly head.

Because we who believe in liberalism, individual rights, and fair play will not stay silent as those who do not share these values express their chauvinistic prejudices.

Because h,atred seems to come easily to humanity -perhaps even naturally- and because we have to struggle to raise ourselves out of the mud of our animal instincts.

....and more.

1)- The Islamist approach to the P_alestinian crisis is Apocalyptic:
"The skirmishes in the occupied land are part of a w a r of destiny. The outcome of hundreds of years of w a r will be defined in P_alestinian land"
Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

2)- I_ran Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei: "There is only one solution to the Middle East problem, namely THE ANNIHILATION AND DESTRUCTION OF THE J_EWISH STATE."

3)- I_ran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has called for Israel to be "wiped off the map."

4)- December 12,2008, at an anti-Israeli rally in Tehran, I_ran's President Ahmadinejad said that Isreal no longer possesses the essential motive, integrity and philosophy to PROLONG ITS EXISTENCE.

5)- I_ran has denied that the term anti_semitic applies to Tehran arguing that anti_semitism is solely a European phenomenon.

6)- Ahmadinejad has repeatedly denied the Holocaust
-------------
The leftist typically denies the above statements and defends them as “mistranslations”

I.ran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the apocalypse:
"The skirmishes in the occupied land are part of a W A R OF DESTINY. The outcome of hundreds of years of w a r will be defined in P.alestinian land" (see the twelfth Imam apocalyptic prophecies)
~
Please note that Christianity, Islam and Judaism all share (yearn for) a similar apocalyptical fantasy of a final battle that decides the true god.

And then understand that all three of these well armed faiths lay apocalyptical claims to THE SAME TEMPLE MOUNT.

Understanding this, and witnessing v.irulent h.atreds that many hold for the existence of the tiny J.ewish state, one should see Armageddon as an inescapable fate, rather than merely a silly religious story.

This is a self-destruct meme. It it programed into human culture, a built-in self-limiter. Coyote put a throttle on us, a yoke.

President Obama has shifted our trajectory a few degrees off of this target, and if the grace purchased our President is allowed to grow for a few years, maybe we can avoid this terrible destiny.

You may have wondered who are the Basij that are mentioned in the media reports who are attacking the protesters.

What is lesser known and perhaps the most worrisome aspect of Ahmadinejad is his role in the Basij. The Basij (pronounced Baseej), is an Islamic paramilitary force that was founded in 1979 by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini to provide volunteers for "human wave" attacks in the Iran-Iraq W.ar.

During the w.ar Ahmadinejad served as one of the Basiji instructors who trained children. He came to power as the candidate of the Basiji. His platform was to eradicate Western influences and eliminate moderate and Western thinking individuals from having any influence in I.ran.

During this w.ar, I.ran severely lacked material resources to f.ight against the much better trained and equipped I.raqi army. I.ran had precious few armed vehicles and tanks to utilize and deploy. Rather than endanger their meager armor a new concept was created, the Basij, a special group of m.artyrs that would sacrifice their bodies by walking through the mine field, sparing the army from damage.

You may have wondered who are the Basij that are mentioned in the media reports who are attacking the protesters, part2:

Tens of thousands of children were recruited for this special Basij project. Teenage boys as young as 12 were conscripted to serve as m.artyrs. They were trained to march straight into the enemy f.ire or through the enemy mine fields which they did wave after wave.

The Iranian p.ropaganda machine depicted the basij as a brave martyr whose future in heaven was guaranteed. In addition, their familes would enjoy economic and social amenities that were difficult for the impoverish to ignore.

It is thought that the Basij also work in dirty and high risk n.uclear jobs where they continue to be sacrificed.
