Coldplay Donates One Million Pounds To Charity

Chris Martin is sending a message to Bono: We can make an impact too!

This week Martin's band Coldplay donated one million pounds to British organization Kids Company, which helps aid and support children who lack a consistent adult presence in their lives.

The group decided to make the donation after touring Kids Company centers throughout England, and they also expressed interest in giving personal music lessons to affected children.
