Tai chi is also a great exercise for people suffering from a whole host of illnesses. There is scientific research into its ability to improve immune system, fight inflammation, improve balance and mental processes, improve organ function, lower blood pressure, slow calcium loss, etc. So if you don't want to do yoga, consider tai chi!
