Meatball

As a promotion for the upcoming film "Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs," Sony Pictures produced the world's largest meatball with the help of Ritz Carlton hotel executive chef Rainer Zingrebe on August 4th, 2009 in Mexico. It weighed 109 pounds. Jimmy Kimmel was not amused: "Mexico can't hold the world record for meatball!" So to celebrate the San Gennaro Festival, Jimmy had his team take 200 pounds of ground meat and win the record back!

I think this is BS ! Did you see the size of the pans carrying those meatballs Were they part of the weigh in

of course the pans weren't part of the weigh-in. It is an official World Record and was monitored as such - an official was present for the entire prep of the meatball, the scale was certified and a technician was present with the scale as well, it was all 100% legit. Best of luck to the guys in Concord on November 1st - all Jimmy wanted to do was to bring the record back to the States! Good luck guys- cheers!
