This is a good interview , I appreciate the thoughts here and yes it was not the arabs who did the Holocaust , just look at the propaganda thaw out , all the world is doing business with Libya and all thru diplomacy , the vast population in the US has the brainwashed idea of Libya from the 70's . That is true. He is very good at speaking and that is probably why he spoke over an hour instead of the allotted 15 min. But, since he is awesome that was still ok.

Most listeners probably just went along with their propaganda imposed assumptions. He was factual and coherent and didn't speak platitudes. Some folks need to come to realize why it is that some orators speak in the fashion they do. At times the method is as important as the message.

That's such an unfortunate quote, considering the context. Too bad Gaddafi isn't more careful with his language.

Here's what else he said:

Ah, but it's much more useful to portray him as a rabidly anti-Semitic bogeyman who'll eat your children if he gets a chance. I'm not denying he's a fruity old dictator with an appalling human rights record but he's no worse than many others around the world.

I'm no fan of Ahmadinejad either, but his actual statements are rarely the simplistic and offensive one-line soundbites that make for such sensational headlines.
